 About Mike Templeton |

|  | Mike Templeton has over 40 years of experience in managing, directing and leading all aspects of manufacturing operations. He has worked in large and small facilities, including international experience, where he developed a broad level of expertise built upon a solid foundation of competencies and skills. For 14 years, he served as the Vice President of Operations at Renessenz, LLC with manufacturing plants in Jacksonville and Colonels Island, |
| Georgia. His responsibilities included leading 160 employees who provided operational, maintenance, utilities and engineering expertise. Plus, he was responsible for a $55MM annual operating budget and $10MM annual capital spending budget. Prior to joining Renessenz, LLC, he served as the Plant Manager for Cytec Industries at its Willow Island plant, and also served as the Operations Director for the global polymer additives business unit within Cytec Industries, including operations in Rotterdam. Other experiences include serving as Plant Manager for Reichhold Chemicals polyester resins plant in Jacksonville, Florida, and as Director of Manufacturing for Sylvachem's tall oil fractionating and upgrading plants in Port St. Joe, Florida and Picayune, Mississippi. In addition to his manufacturing work, Mike has dedicated time to serving the industry and his community, utilizing his manufacturing background. He has been a member of the First Coast Manufacturers Association for over 14 years including 4 years as a Tri-Chairman. He was appointed to the Jacksonville Environmental Protection Board by the Mayor where he served for eight years including three years as Chairman. He was a founding Board Member for the Metro North Community Development Corporation, and he led a company Community Advisory Panel for manufacturers in the North Jacksonville community. Mike holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University. |

His vision, industrial expertise, and passion for leadership development have generated significant value to our member companies by providing effective manufacturing leadership skill and knowledge training programs.
